The old village gathers around the church of Agios Nikitas on the hill, which dates from the late 19th century. In recent years considerable efforts to restore the old houses were made, so many of them are now habitable again. Thus, the narrow streets of the village are ideal for afternoon walks carrying the visitors to another era.
With over 25km of coastline, Nikiti has some of the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia. From Nikiti, you also have easy access to beaches to the south and to the east of Sithonia and even to the more cosmopolitan beaches of Kassandra.

A walk in Itamos is a unique experience. The forest is easily accessible and there is a magnificent view of the coastline and the sea from above.
Ancient basilica built in the first half of the 5th century AD. There are remains of exceptional style mosaics. The church was destroyed, probably by an earthquake in the 6th century. It is located in Agios Georgios area, about 2.5km from Nikiti center.
